Partnership for technological innovation and economic growth through AI and IoT in Italy and Canada.
Rome (Italy) and Ottawa (Canada) 02/08/2024 – Canadian Chamber in Italy and the AIOT Canada signed a memorandum of understanding in recent days to promote technological innovation and economic growth.
This collaboration will focus primarily on promoting artificial intelligence (AI) and internet of things (IoT) technologies in the Italian and Canadian markets through joint initiatives, knowledge exchange and collaborative projects.
Making the announcement are the respective presidents of the two associations who, with this MoU, have decided to join forces to improve relations between the small and medium-sized businesses of the two nations, especially given the excellent relations that already exist.
In this regard, Walter Knitl, president of AIOT Canada, said, “This partnership represents a significant step in our mission to advance AIOT technologies and create new economic opportunities. By combining our expertise and resources, we can spur innovation and support sustainable development in both Canada and Italy.”
Caterina Passariello, president of the Canadian Chamber in Italy, commented, “We are excited to partner with AIOT Canada. This MoU will enhance our ability to connect Italian and Canadian companies, facilitating access to markets and promoting the exchange of best practices. Together, we will work toward a more innovative and interconnected future.”
